Vivi Ornitier vs Grand Arbiter Augustin IV

This is such a hard matchup to dive into! while (@Grand Arbiter Augustin IV) is not fun at all, I really hate (@Vivi Ornitier), its super toxic and I don't want to play against a combo ready to snowball on turn 3. Arbiter taxes you but you can shoot it, if you try to shoot Vivi... its probably too late. But then again, Arbiter can protect itself super well. Maybe the only saving grace is that Arbiter costs 1 more mana so you have a bit more time to prep a response to him?
